1. What the tool accesses

When the channel owner connects a TikTok account, Zawiyah Post receives from TikTok:

• Basic profile (scope user.info.basic): open ID, display name and avatar, used only to show which account is connected.
• Permission to publish (scope video.publish): used only to upload the videos the owner queued and to read the status of those uploads.
• Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok for the above.

When the channel owner connects a YouTube channel, Zawiyah Post uses YouTube API Services and receives from Google:

• Channel information (scope youtube.readonly): channel name, subscriber and video counts, and the status of the channel's own videos, used only to show which channel is connected and to confirm uploads.
• Permission to upload (scope youtube.upload): used only to upload the videos the owner queued, with their title, description and publish time.
• Access and refresh tokens issued by Google for the above.

2. Where data is kept

Tokens and the posting queue are stored on the channel owner's own computer. They are not sent to any server operated by us or by any third party. Videos, titles and captions are sent only to TikTok and YouTube, through their official APIs.

3. What we do not do

• We do not collect data about viewers, followers, subscribers or any other TikTok or YouTube users.
• We do not sell, share or transfer any data.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking in the tool.

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies and has no forms.

4. Retention and deletion

Tokens stay on the owner's computer until the owner disconnects the account or deletes them. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions, and for YouTube at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after that the stored tokens no longer work.
